How to book

Choose your dates and send a booking request. A request does not hold dates. Once the host approves it, you receive a payment link. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

booking and cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed after payment. Full payment is made following the host’s approval of the booking request. The payment link is valid for 24 hours. Stays of 1–6 nights: free cancellation at least 7 days before 16:00 on the arrival date (Finland time). Stays of 7–28 nights: free cancellation at least 21 days before 16:00 on the arrival date (Finland time). For later cancellations or no-shows, the cancellation fee is 50% of the accommodation price, capped at the accommodation price of the first seven nights. The final cleaning fee is refunded if the stay has not started. Cancel by emailing the host. Once the stay has started, unused nights are not automatically refunded. Your rights under mandatory law remain unaffected. Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 11:00. No more than the agreed number of guests. No parties or smoking indoors.
